Blacksmith Designing - An Exclusive Line of Finishes on "SUPERLOCK's" Steel Doors

In the new 2004-2005 collection, "SUPERLOCK" has launched an exclusive line of steel doors in blacksmith design - "Superlock CASTLE".

This line is part of the latest "Superlock Art" series.
The doors combine a superior level of security with exclusive design in elements custom-made by blacksmith, and painted finishes by means of a special technique, which imparts an authentic look to the doors. The locking mechanism of the "Superlock CASTLE" doors is based on the advanced "Matrix" system, which includes 11 locking points that cover the entire perimeter of the door wing; bolts that are 14 mm. in diameter and that have a penetration depth of 25 mm. into the frame; improved built-in rim lock; "Interactive" cylinder shield model; excellent thermal-acoustic insulation. The "Superlock CASTLE" doors are supplied with a uniform construction frame, including painted finishes in the same shades as the doors.

"Superlock CASTLE" doors have special hardware that has been adapted to the style of the door. Hardware includes special blacksmith plates with cylinder shields that have "self-destructive mechanisms", and movable handles. The design of the doors also includes special decorative handles and additional stylized elements such as doorknockers.

Thanks to the hand-painted exterior finish (epoxy-based paints), the doors excel in their resistance to weather conditions. As a result, unlike standard steel doors on the market, they are suitable for external installation on private homes and villas.

There are three main door models in the blacksmith-style designer doors:
Camelot, Fort, and King. The doors are supplied in an assortment of prestigious shades of finishes, such as: gold, silver and bronze.
